Lake City Business Alliance (LCBA) supports a thriving, connected, and welcoming Lake City by strengthening small businesses and improving the neighborhood experience. We advocate for local businesses, help fill vacant storefronts, and promote Lake City as a place to shop, eat, and gather. We also work with partners to address safety concerns, expand clean-up services, and improve the look and feel of the Lake City Way corridor like increased lighting and positive activation of public spaces.

Beyond day-to-day support, LCBA builds long-term momentum by connecting businesses to each other and to the broader community, convening neighbors around shared goals, and investing in growth through business incubation, public art, events, and an online community calendar. We’re also working toward big-picture district tools like exploring a Business Improvement Area sustain these improvements over time.
